บริษัท ไทยชินเมวา จำกัด ปัจจุบันก่อตั้งขึ้นมาครบรอบ 100 ปี ผลิตภัณฑ์ Submersible pump ปั๊มจุ่มใต้น้ำ อยู่ในประเทศไทยมากว่า 35 ปีแล้ว ที่ผ่านมาได้ขยายขอบเขตธุรกิจ จากอากาศยาน รถบรรทุกงานพิเศษ เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม สู่โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางสังคมจนมาถึงปัจจุบัน
ผศ.ดร.ปฏิรูป ผลจันทร์ หัวหน้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อม คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กล่าวว่า “สำหรับนักศึกษาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีการคำนวณ และการออกแบบระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย ซึ่งสำหรับการเรียนนั้น เมื่อไปสู่ชีวิตการทำงานจริง ในห้องเรียนจะไม่เหมือนกัน กับการที่ได้สื่อการสอนตรงนี้ มาประกอบการสอน ทำให้นักศึกษาได้คุ้นเคยกับผลิตภัณฑ์ทางอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่จะทำในอนาคต จะทำให้ง่ายต่อการทำงานและใช้งานจริงได้ดี รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการชำนาญงาน และคุณภาพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่อีกด้วย ซึ่งในวันนี้ ทางบริษัท ไทยชินเมวา จำกัด ได้มอบส่วนสำคัญของอุปกรณ์ที่โรงงานผลิต Submersible pump เป็นตัว Cut Model ที่เห็นส่วนประกอบภายใน และ Demo pump ปั๊มตัวทดลอง รุ่น CN501-MT 0.75 kW. ที่สามารถนำไปใช้งานจริงได้ รวมไปถึงคู่มือการเลือกใช้งานของอุปกรณ์ ที่ควบคู่ไปกับการออกแบบและการคำนวณในระบบการบำบัดน้ำเสีย” ผศ.ดร.ปฏิรูป กล่าว
รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธงชัย ฟองสมุทร คณบดีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กล่าวว่า “ขอบคุณทาง บริษัท ไทยชินเมวา จำกัด Shinmaywa ในการมามอบตัวโมเดล ซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์ ที่นักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เกือบทุกสาขาจำเป็นจะต้องใช้ เพื่อประกอบการเรียนและต่อเนื่องถึงอาชีพในอนาคต การได้เห็นของจริงที่ใช้งานจริง ก็จะทำให้นักศึกษามีความเข้าใจมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม รวมทั้งอุปกรณ์องค์ประกอบด้านใน รวมถึงสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านเทคนิค ที่มีความสำคัญ มาใช้ในการออกแบบดีไซน์ เลือกปั้ม เลือกอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในการใช้งานจริง ในภาพรวมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอนนี้ ได้ใช้จริง ในโอกาสต่อไปทาง ไทยซินเมวา อาจได้มาจัดกิจกรรม work shop ให้กับนักศึกษา เพื่อได้เห็นภาพจริง เรียนรู้ จากผู้ใช้งาน ผู้ผลิตจริง ในหลักการทำงาน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญให้นักศึกษาสามารถเลือกใช้ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ต้องขอบคุณ ไทยซินเมวา ที่มอบตัวอุปกรณ์และโมเดล ให้นักศึกษาได้เห็นของจริง” รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธงชัย กล่าว
คุณชินโก คุโรดะ หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต และ คุณฮิซาชิ โตโยฮาระ ฝ่ายบริหารธุรกิจ ของชินเมวาญี่ปุ่น ได้กล่าวว่า “ทางชินเมวา ได้เล็งเห็นว่า การให้สื่อการสอนในครั้งนี้ ซึ่งเป็นความตั้งใจในการให้ความรู้ และการเรียนรู้ของผู้ที่ต้องการศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์ อย่างยั่งยืน บางครั้งการขายไม่ใช่ส่วนสำคัญของโรงงานผู้ผลิต แต่เป็นการควบคุมคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อผู้ศึกษา ผู้ออกแบบ และผู้ใช้งาน มีผลประโยชน์สูงสุดร่วมกัน เมื่อผู้ศึกษาได้รู้จักคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์ ก็จะสามารถเลือกผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่มีคุณสมบัติ และ ประสิทธิภาพ เหมาะสมกับระบบที่ออกแบบ”

“Thai ShinMaywa” has provided practical learning materials to Department of Environmental Engineering, Chiang Mai University to support education and learning sources for university students and those interested in submersible pumps, the wastewater recycling pumps widely used in wastewater recycling systems in Thailand.

Today, Thai ShinMaywa has given important manufactured masterpieces: a cut model of submersible pump that illustrates internal components, and demo pumps of CN501-MT 0.75 kW model that can be fully operated. The handbook of equipment selection together with designs and calculation in wastewater recycling systems is also provided.” Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thongchai Fongsamootr, Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Chiang Mai University said, “Thank you Thai ShinMaywa Company Limited for delivering these models as they are necessary equipment for engineering students of almost every major. With these learning materials related to their future careers, having the real objects in hand allows students much more understandings as they can study internal components and important technical aspects in designing and selecting pumps and equipment in actual operation. For overall teaching and learning, these models are totally practical. In the future, Thai ShinMaywa might come here to conduct workshops for students, so they can learn more about operation of these objects from
